Out of the three visits, Mike was the one who had vision, knew exactly what needed to be done, assessed the moisture in the attic correctly, explained the process in great detail, and offered the best warranty. So, we went with Krown. We could not be happier. My wife and I are thrilled with the job. Once we settled on Mike, he had us booked out a week later. His team showed up on time and as planned. In two days, the job was completely finished, including a solar tube, new bathroom and microwave vents, gutters, and NW appropriate Leaf Relief gutter guards. Mike was around throughout, and installed the solar tube. He was back the next day after the job was done, personally inspecting the work and the yard. He was true to his word every step of the way. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"I believe North Star Roofing and Construction changed ownership sometime in the last few years or there are two companies with the same name, or something else is going on. I Googled Russ Oja who I always dealt with and found him on Linked In as the former owner. I looked on the Land I site

and found that Russ' license lapsed on 6/10/2012. So the North Star Roofing and Construction company that I dealt with is no more. Furthermore I see no North Star Roofing in Seattle listed on the Land I site.
I am writing this because Angie's List asked for a review. I'm not sure what I clicked or wrote that made them aware of my prior use of North Star. The North Star I used was addressed on Mukilteo Speedway in Lynwood. The North Star that Angie's List has prompted me to review is at 815 1st Ave in Seattle.
