"I called to get an estimate for driveway sealcoating, knowing that I had probably waited too long in the season (it is already October). Gary answered the phone immediately and was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped clarify whether I would need an oil based or latex seal, and then explained that it would really be better for my driveway to wait for the spring since the seal does not keep water out but rather is meant to protect against sun damage. "Very well. Josh responded immediately. The price was very good for 113' drive, 9 feet wide with parking pad. The old driveway had to be removed and disposed of. The work was delayed significantly by the weather. Also, a coordinated effort was needed with my landscape person. Large trees had been removed and some of the roots had to be taken out. When the team got into gear they were able to complete the work in two days. Of course rain slowed the second day for five days."
