"Once I called, they quickly sent someone out to give me an estimate. They answered all my questions and informed me of how they would tackle the work. The estimate I received was nearly 1/3 less than a competitors work, and I liked that they would not be running any wires outside my house. The most "damage" there would be would be a small hole in my dining room ceiling to run wire up to an outlet upstairs. It took about 3 weeks, to get the job scheduled, but all along the company was informative (they were going to be a little later than anticipated the day of the work) and professional. The technician Joseph G and his assistant were amazing! Again, answering any questions I had the day of and the best part is, they didn't even need to make a whole in the ceiling. The sales manager took time to explain every aspect of the project, including financing options, and provided a very reasonable price quote. The installation crew were fantastic. My old Pittsburgh home was not designed with central A/C in mind, and the walls provided a tough resistance to re-wiring. The installation crew patiently and cleanly made the necessary retrofits to my home to allow a new thermostat to be wired. There was some leftover debris and a hole in my plaster due to the endeavor, but they did the best they could to clean it up given the circumstances. My exterior wall was patched beautifully -- aside from the color change you'd never know the house didn't originally have the A/C wiring and tubing built in. My basement was actually cleaner than when they first arrived. All in all, great customer service, top notch work, and very reasonable prices."
