And I am a perfectionist; which does not exist, but no one could have gotten closer than these guys. "As my first venture into the world of remodeling, I wanted to start small. So, I decided to redo my guest bathroom. I reviewed and spoke with a number of contractors, but I hit the jackpot when I met with Dorel of IND Construction. From the initial interview to the proposal to the contract to the demolition through to the rebuild, Dorel, the project manager, always responded to my questions and concerns. The IND team (a shout out to Javier and his crew and Gina and the office staff) worked with Dorel's guidance to produce the best product possible (while all the time working with a forever barking dog). "After receiving several quotes for our bathroom renovations project my husband and I decided to go with Creative Home Remodeling. Their quote was competitive and the project manager Ben Sviri made us feel comfortable that he really understood our vision and was capable of executing it for us. Upon starting with demolition all the way through the finished project it was smooth and done in a timely manner. There was some additional water damage that was found after demo which included extra work which was understandable. Ben worked with us on price and we were grateful that the work was being done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately our home was renovated by the previous owner and not done to standard or code. But we feel at ease now knowing the work done by Creative Home Remodeling was done efficiently. Each step of our reno was inspected and passed by the city. Every question or concern we had was answered quickly by Ben and I felt satisfied that he took great care to handle them. Overall the project took about 6 weeks even with the extra work that was needed. Each contractor that worked on each step of the reno was respectful of our home and efficient with their work. I was thoroughly impressed at the speed and care at which they worked each skill. From demo, plumbing, electrical, tiling, paint, etc., it was all done wonderfully. The end project is a completely different bathroom and we love it so much. It turned out beautiful and we are so happy with the results. "We just finished having our master bath remodeled by Golan. The workmanship is excellent.  We found them through Home Advisor, along with 3 other contractors. We interview with them all, got written quotes from 3, and chose Golan. The job was permitted and inspected. Jenny was our point person from Golan. She was very helpful and accommodating. My wife and I were responsible for procuring all the 'finish' items. Tile, fixtures including the shower valve, vanities, paint. All the rough in parts were provided by Golan.  From demolition to final inspection was just under 2 weeks. Aside from 6 people sharing one bathroom it wasn't too bad. If you are looking for a contractor for your remodel project give Golan a call."
