"In a word, fantastic! I had been using a different animal control company. When I first noticed the current problems it was after the pandemic caused business practices to change. A call was made to the other company and a message requested I leave a message. The request also stated to not call back and leave another message, the first would be returned. After waiting several days, I gave up and called Animal Management. Someone actually answered and had an appointment for me very quickly. Craig was the technician that was sent. Per my request, he did a thorough inspection, removed the birds, and made the other suggestions. I agreed with all and the repairs were scheduled. Two gentlemen arrived at the scheduled date and time and spent the whole day doing a great job. Craig also stopped by to assist for some of the repairs. I am extremely happy that I called Animal Management, cannot recommend them highly enough."

"We were also able to pay for private in kennel trainings for our dog to prepare him before training classes started and First Friends was great. He was already showing less anxiety around other dogs after just a couple training sessions.  The staff and trainers are all very nice and great with the animals. They are very patient during training and demonstrated the lessons multiple times over and over as needed. Even the most stubborn dogs are doing great and behaving nicely in class. We have one final class/graduation and are very pleased with the results over the past 7 weeks.   Every week the trainers went over many key things the dog should learn and we used in class time to practice what was learned from the prior week.  Each week requires practice homework with the dog regularly each day multiple times a day.  The practice paid off because our dog was doing better each week for training and continued getting better and better.  We now know the appropriate commands (vocal and hand signals) to give when we want a certain behavior or when we need to stop a behavior.  I highly recommend First Friends. <br />"

"Really well! The technician Brian was great! He checked inside the attic and around the house for any way a squirrel could enter the house. He inspected the attic and found no animal activity and no squirrels in the attic. Brian thinks the squirrel may have tried to enter by trying to dig through the ice in the gutter last Saturday. That was the digging sound I heard. He said there was no way the squirrel could get in. I am thankful for an honest, observant, and knowledgeable technician. I will definitely use Critter Control in the future and highly recommend this company. They did a free inspection which I greatly appreciate!"

"<p>On 4/15/16, I purchased the deal on Angie's List for the exterior treatment, interior inspection, and limited interior spot treatment. I waited for over a week with no contact from the company to set up an appointment for the service, so I called them and set up a time for the first available Friday.  The technician came out and said that he only had granules to put around the base of the house but, due to the amount of brick and concrete, a spray would be more effective.  He wasn't able to perform the service at that time due to not having enough spray available with him.</p> <p>Several days go by and I don't hear back from the company about rescheduling the appointment, so I call them again and set up the next appointment.  They call and have to cancel the appointment due to the weather since, while a little rain is good for dissolving the granules, it will wash the spray away.  This was the beginning of the several weeks of seemingly continuous rain that we received in the Indy area and another appointment reschedule via email as a result.  The company was proactive about this reschedule, but it was again ultimately canceled due to weather.  We decide that instead of constantly scheduling and canceling, it would be easier for the company to just call when the weather improves enough for them to do the treatment.  The weather began improving mid-May, but I don't hear from them the week of May 15th.  This doesn't concern me because I'm sure they were very busy with other reschedules due to the bad weather.</p> <p>However, the week of the 22nd begins and I still don't hear anything from them after over a week and a half of gorgeous weather, so I call.  They get a manager's approval to fit me in that week, so the next day I get a call during a rainstorm that a technician is 5 minutes from my house.  He asks if he can perform the treatment and I mention that it's raining and we probably need to reschedule, but he says a little rain is good for the granules.  I point out the brick and concrete around my house and mention that the previous tech told me the granules wouldn't be effective.  Finally, I decided to be done with all of this and have him put granules down where possible and spray the doors and windows above the brick and concrete.</p> <p>- Did the company provide the services that I purchased? They did the exterior treatment, but nobody ever came inside the house. </p> <p>- Do I feel that the quality of their service was good?  After two weeks, I still have a noticeable problem with ants getting into the house; however, it is better and I am finding dead ants so I expect the problem to continue improving as the insecticide makes it back to the colony.  I also feel that the quality was fair for the discounted price that I paid.  I would be much more unhappy if I had paid full price. </p> <p>- Were they friendly? Yes, all interactions were pleasant and friendly.  The woman with whom I talked when calling seemed to always be overwhelmed, perhaps more office staff are needed to provide better service when scheduling appointments. My biggest issue is that they are not proactive in reaching out to customers to schedule times that meet their needs (e.g. constraints due to weather) and this resulted in services being rendered 6 weeks after they were purchased.  When appointments were scheduled, the technicians always arrived on time.</p> <p>- Would I hire them again? Probably not, I had a much better experience with a different pest control company I found on Angie's List.</p>"

"Brian came out the day after I called and found the entry spot immediately. Set the trap and the very next day he had the critter to take away. He re-set the trap and left it for several days, coming by on his rounds to check it. No other raccoons or squirrels showed up. Today he removed the trap and covered the entry with metal so it could not be chewed through. He then checked my attic to see if I needed any clean up work from the raccoon's visiting. None was needed, so we were finished. Eric (the company owner who I first spoke with) and Brian the man who came on site were both very, very pleasant and helpful. I rate Brian's service AAA. He was just the greatest! I had called a couple other companies that I got from Angie's List who did not respond to my calls or who said they could not come out. I am so glad they did, for it put me in touch with Hoosier Wildlife Control -- the best fit for my needs. I recommend HWC without any reservations. Prices were stated upfront and were very reasonable for the peace of mind I now have: $165 for inspection; $65 for each animal trapped and removed; $125 for securing the entry location. No add -ons or"surprises" were added. Brian came by at least 5 times over a period of two weeks to climb up on the roof and inspect the trap. Rest assured you'll be glad you called HWC if you have the need."
