Hope was the only one able to come out today, JP showed up promptly, was very professionally, explained exactly what he was doing, was thorough, took the time to answer my questions which was a lot of them and was able to get everything working like it should again. I decided to sign up for their annual service and I have already received the notice that Ben is on his way to do a camera inspection which was included in my cost today. They send me text messages with photos of the employees due to show up, a little background on the employee and I couldn't be happier with Hope Plumbing! I highly recommend this company for anything and everything plumbing related."

"We talked to several vendors when we realized our heat pump needed to be replaced. We were very impressed with the salesman who discussed our options from Plumbing & Heating Paramedics and ended up choosing them to do the work. At the time, we decided to schedule the replacement for late fall to avoid a failure in the cold of winter. As often happens, our system failed a few weeks after scheduling and it was one of the hottest days of the summer and a holiday. We were so impressed by the excellent customer service by Plumbing & Heating Paramedics. Not only did they send a technician over on the holiday, but they patched our system for free since we had already scheduled to have it replaced. They also quickly escalated the order and delivery of our new system so that it could be replaced before we had another failure. The new system was installed and the workmen did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything afterwards and even fixed the messy job the previous system installers did with putting down the exterior pad over the top of part of our walkway."

"The job took a couple of hours because Conrad had to go get a part, but he took care of it and the water dispenser is working great. He removed the old hose and setup and replaced everything with all-new parts. He drilled a new hole in the floor so that the hose would be lined up right. We always call them for plumbing, because their prices are very reasonable, they know our systems, and they're very conscientious."

"Everything was handled professionally all the way thru the process. They have 4 additional warehouses you can use for selection of the granite. We ended up using the warehouse down on Sherman Av, and were treated with courtesy and professionalism. Our 2 final selections were also much lower in cost then expected. Just for Granite was substantially lower in overall cost than one of their competitors that advertise cheap prices. And also included the 15 year sealing at no additional cost."

"Pat did a very nice job. The tub looks brand new and the surround looks great. He had to do some wall repair and replumb the tub for the new faucet. All the work was done professionally. They also used drop cloths in the house so the new carpet would not get dirty. I contracted with Pat to replace the floor, toilet and sink in the same bathroom."
