"I called ASAP and they were able to get a plumber here the following day. They told me he'd show up between 8am and 10am - he showed up at 7:50. He took a look, agreed that it was probably the flange. Showed me the price list of what the work would cost, and then went to work. All fixed and like new in less than an hour. Josh was our service person, and he was prompt, professional, and amiable. We've used ASAP in the past, and use them for a rental property we own. They're great. Highly recommend!"

"We had contacted Anthony to try and solve an issue of getting water in our basement during heavy rainstorms.  Anthony was extremely quick to respond to all emails and made time to come out to our home not only once for an initial consultation and quote, but again a second time to do a final run through with both my husband and I.   He was extremely knowledgable about the work that needed to be done and seemed 100% confident in his proposed solution.  I was impressed with how quickly he was able to identify what was wrong and he took the time to clearly explain it to us.  He was also willing to discuss price and tried to really work with us.  Unfortunately, I am expecting our second child any day now and, after receiving the final walk through, we had some complications that forced us to rethink our immediate financial needs. We are frustrated with the timing but had to put priorities in order.  We were extremely impressed with Anthony's professional attitude and wonderful customer service and are hoping to hire him to do the job later in the year! <br />"

"It was pricey, but there were two people working. They do a nice job. The workers are primarily newcomers to the country, so there is a language barrier. I didn't have the same people each time, so I had to explain each time what I wanted done. When you have the same people, then they know what you want in your house. That was understandable because I am not a regular. I do it periodically, not every week or something, so they plug in whoever they can. You have to schedule way ahead of time to get an appointment, as they are very busy. I am not on the priority list because I am not a regular, but they are on time for work, work hard, and are honest."
