They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Had the best price we found. House is a ranch style with hip roof, so lots of surface. We hoped to get it done before winter, but weather did not cooperate until spring. Once started, all went quickly. They did a great job cleaning up every day. Cost a little more than estimated due to needing to replace more damaged plywood, but not unexpected. Result looks good. Owner did touch-ups himself and sealed some cracked chimney mortar."
