Miguel will answer your every call and text in a timely manner and his crew is professional and respectful of your property. Miguel did the stucco on the front of my home in 2019 and came back in 2025 to do touch up work after I had a new roof put on. Miguel even took my call to do this repair work while he was on vacation. Miguel takes his business very seriously and is anxious to please his customers anyway he can. Miguel went out of his way to adhere to my crazy schedule and did so happily. I could not be happier with the new look of my home or that Miguel was able to flawlessly match the original stucco when repair work was needed. "Johansson did outstanding work on the opening of my parents’ stucco wall in order to have a burst pipe fixed. He conferred with their plumber as to what was needed, and he repaired the wall afterward to make it look like the rest of the wall. He and his workers took care to prepare the area and clean up afterwards. We appreciate his professionalism and skill, along with his constant communication with my parents. We would highly recommend his company!"

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"Two guys showed up on time and got to work immediately inspecting and vacuuming and snaking the fireplace and chimney flue. They operated form the roof and inspected the entire chimney from top to bottom. Both men answered my lay questions kindly and with plenty of detail about minor and major issues they found and the forecasted schedule of when I should address them. They did NOT do the classic inspect-and-force-you-into-buying-a-new-liner routine and that was much appreciated.  They took their time and did not rush the service or question/answers. They earned credibility and next year or so when I replace the liner, I will call upon them for sure. I recommend this company.

"Malik runs a very professional operation. From the time of initial phone contact with Malik (yes, he does answer his own phone) to the final post-job cleanup, this was a hassle-free project for me. Malik's crew showed up promptly each morning, and under the supervision of Malik or his equally capable foreman ("Mr. Z"), every detail of this work was performed in a skilled, highly competent and precise manner. Once begun (except for rain days), the job was continued through completion.
