"Well, this was an early Christmas gift! Found Dylan through home advisors. He promptly called after we sought a handyman to replace our fireplace mantle. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Dylan promised to stop by to finally estimate the project. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings. "Bob and his team do superior work. They have repaired multiple errors and damage done by previous contractors including repair of new siding to the house, new window and sliding glass door installation, trimming and painting, completion of the redwood gate to my dog run, and lattice work to a fence. They have reattached the trellis to the back of the house and painted it and reattached the shelf to the exterior, under my kitchen window. The list of repairs goes on.
