"Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance.  Set up a date/time.  Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem.  Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available.  That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance!  Quick and tidy service.  Thanks!

"My AC unit had completely stopped working. I called in the morning and Yurik was able to come by in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor and changed it. He advised me that freon was low but said no need to add at this time.
