While they weren't the cheapest option, their pricing was competitive, and they were very flexible in working with us to meet our needs. After accepting the contract, it took about 8 weeks to get on their schedule. However, once the project began, the team arrived promptly with a crew of 5-6 workers and finished the entire re-roof in just 6 days. This included tearing off the old roofing, removing a decorative dormer, installing new shingles, repairing the stucco, and adding gutter guards around the house. The crew was punctual, arriving before 8 am every day and wrapping up around 4 pm. Despite the nature of roofing projects being messy, they did a great job of cleaning up each day, leaving the property neat and tidy."

Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails,all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite,cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."

"I had a tile roof repair. We were concerned about some of areas that had water damage and wanted to be around the day of the repair to see if additional work would be required. They came out and provided a quote (2 hours late for the scheduled time) and a day and time was arranged when someone would be home for the actual repair work to be completed. The roofer showed up on the wrong day and completed the repair while no one was available and therefore we have no idea what damage was done or what the conditions were under the tile. I called the company and after almost a week have never received a call back. The work seems to be satisfactorily completed, but the customer service is horrible."
