"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

We subsequently hired the firm that originally installed the gutter, but I want to comment on the service Jared gave us in the evaluation and research of our problem. We thought the original problem was a loose piece of flashing, but when Jared came over to look at the problem he told us it was really a part of the roof gutter that had come loose. Without being asked, he contacted several roofing contractors to see if they would do the job and when that did not pan out, he offered to do the job himself.
