"Roof trim repair and painting. Estimate given and agreed. A few days later they requested an additional $ 4,300.00 for *unforeseen extra repair*!!!. Roof trims are plainly visible. How is it an unforeseen problem?. Poor estimating job or bait and switch? Either way, It left us with a bad taste in the mouth..."

"We are beyond satisfied clients that hired SES builders did with the replacement of all our existing windows with new ones, the installation of new roof and some stucco repairs and new exterior paint. Eli and his workers finished all the work on time and without any delays while they were very easygoing, hardworking people and definitely trustworthy. Eli had an amazing energy and very friendly personality. He made sure to explain to us all the details of the work and the benefits of the windows and roof that he recommended us to have. All the questions that we had (even the smallest one), was answered in a professional manner and in a fairly time frame. We recommend all the people at SES builders because they did a wonderful job and we are looking forward to hire them again."

We can only write here many positive comments about our experience working with Nir. He is very professional, knowledgeable, creative, sharp and a great communicator. Without any doubts…he guided us in the right direction regarding the paint outside our house without being bossy or negative. "The installation team showed up early.  They came fully prepared for the job.  Cut out and removed the old existing windows (11 of them) and replaced them with energy efficient double paned ones.  All the mechanisms on the windows after a year work excellently.  The installation team then cleaned up in each window site that they worked.  Overall I would highly reccomend Action Services.
