"We scheduled this service a week in advance- had to call twice, as they didn't return my first call. Said they would be there early am, but asked me to call the morning of service "In case I get busy and forget." That day, was told they had other jobs to finish and may not be there till later in day. I told them we had a vacation in 2 days and would be gone doing other preparations in the afternoon, told them they needed to come when they had us scheduled. They sent another tech within the hour, and he finished the job in an hour and was knowledgeable, polite and informative. We had him adjust the tub spigot before he left, as it was wobbly and loose, and he got it fixed to our satisfaction. Bill was very reasonable for the work we had done. But I felt the professionalism and customer service left us wondering how much they valued our business and our money. Will likely use them again if necessary, as most other plumbers are out of town. However, I do wish they would not schedule a job they won't commit to on their schedule, or at least call ahead if it seems the schedule won't permit them to be there when they said they would."
