"We had them help with two projects and they did a really great job !! First, they fixed up our washroom by removing an old moldy vanity, put in new drywall, painted, and installed a new vanity. Everything came out really clean and neat. Second , we also had a ceiling leak and they repaired it with new drywall and paint. You can?t even tell there was damage before. They work fast, understood what we wanted, and cleaned up everything after they were done. Would definitely recommend them!"

We had somebody else in here that was painting first and after a couple of rooms, we just said no, get out. They didn't get paint on my furniture or floors like the other place was. They just had a good attitude. They worked well together. We were just really pleased with the whole thing. I would tell others that once you use them for painting, you won't use anybody else. "Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

"When they initially came out to complete the work, they were punctual for the most of the time and they completed the work on schedule. They completed the job within a few days. The work that they did was not done correctly. The sheeting that they had put up the sides of the walls had fallen down. They did come back to correct it. However, we have had some other concerns and they have not returned our phone calls. The salesperson had told us that if we ever needed him, he would be responsive. Neither he nor the main office has returned our phone calls. The pipe that they installed causes the dining room window to get fogged up. We are concerned about the moisture that may be coming in from that."
