I did have one question which was the holes they drilled to raise the areas are quite dark and I was it sure if they would “cure” to a lighter color or not. Greg was quick to respond to my question with a “usually they do”. They also caulked the gaps."

"Craftsmen Home Improvement did excellent work replacing our roof due to storm damage. They were professional, everyone from the salesman, to the office staff, to the three men who removed our old roof and installed the new one. They did not disturb our landscaping and they cleaned the area every evening when they left. It was surprising quiet. Their nifty Equipter machinery carried the old shingles to the dumpster in our driveway. Even the dumpster was not obnoxiously large. "Drew was great. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. After our first appointment, he gave me a very detailed, itemized estimate of the work he recommended to fully waterproof my basement (sidewalk and french drain on one side, regrading the other). In total it was more than I wanted to spend right now, so I opted for just the sidewalk. He was able to schedule the work fairly quickly. His crew was prompt, professional, and fast. They did the demo and had the framing up in less than a full day, and poured the concrete the following morning and were done by lunch. It looks fantastic and is keeping that side of my basement dry. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend this company. <br />"

"It went great. Justin (the owner) sent out Jake and Kyle to do a patch job for free and had started to do it when we talked with them about their opinions about the job. They said they would do the job for free, but it might look a bit patchy when complete as it would be difficult to match the previous epoxy color. They talked us into redoing the entire floor for a small part of the actual cost. Jake and Kyle were extremely friendly and professional. Plus, they did a great job. The job site was extremely clean. I would definitely use them again if needed."

"Over Under Construction replaced a roof and Velux skylight for us along with handling the replacement of Leafguard gutters. Very simply . . . They did what they said they were going to do. Over Under Construction handled all negotiations with State Farm making sure that the adjuster didn't miss anything and advocating for us when necessary with the insurance company. Their bid was simple to understand and completely transparent. Almost all of the suggestions for things we might consider doing were suggested prior to the final job bid, so there were no monetary surprises that came up. Over Under Construction handled getting a building permit from the City of Apple Valley for us. Their crew and materials were here on time, on the day promised. Additional crew members arrived throughout the day as they were needed for more specialized tasks so it was a good and timely use of their resources. Mike Walk stopped by frequently to see if the experienced crew had questions or needs. A well-oiled machine. The work was completed in one day. Cleanup was impeccable. I have recommended Over Under Construction to two friends who also used them for their roof replacement. They have also been pleased with the results. All three of us agree that we would hire this company again. PLUS, Over Under Construction is a GAF Certified Installer which more than doubles the up-front coverage vs. typical shingle warranties. AND Over Under Construction filed the warranty for us! Good people, good quality, good service."

"Work was performed as expected in a timely manner and the floor looked great when the job was completed, but now two years later when we are having an issue with a crack in the floor, we are unable to get any response from the company. We have tried multiple phone calls and e-mails over a number of months without success. I am very disappointed that they are unwilling to provide customer support and assess what we might need to do to keep our garage floor from further damage."
