Get matched with top metal roofing installers and replacers in Montmorenci, IN

"Definitely made the right choice with Perfection Metal Roofing. Had five estimates. Some were higher and some were lower. We were sold on their patented method of attaching the metal to the roof. Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. Thank you Perfection Metal Roofing. We would choose your company one hundred times over! Chris & Beth Heath , Ohio"

"Storm damage on our roof 2x this season and Warren Masonry handled it again! Great leadership with a dependable crew that cleans up after themselves and your property when they leave. Fairly priced with great communication and customer service. Definitely will recommend! Thank you!"

"We found The Home Improvement Company on Angie's List.
Matt quoted the work thoroughly and promptly. He arranged the schedule based on the lead time for the windows, and once they came in we finalized the start date, which he met.
His window installation & painting crews went above & beyond our expectations for the work. Matt, himself, did the stain matching on the trim. It had an unexpectedly strong odor, but was worth it, as it matched perfectly.
It is clear that Matt and his crews take pride in their work and love what they do.
They were patient and kind with my elderly mom, making a potentially disruptive process almost enjoyable.
We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
We highly recommend."

"I did not get an appointment call within the allotted time. I had to call them to get them out for the appointment. The window took a very long time to come in. Once in, I was called and things got much better. The three installers arrived on time, removed and replaced the window, cleaned up the mess and were done in 1:15 mins. Very professional and courteous. All of the questions I had. were answered completely. I am very pleased with the window and the personnel that installed the window.

"Cochran installed new half-round galvanized seamless gutters on my home located in a historic district in Indianapolis. Several install companies I contacted either didn't reply or wouldn't take on the job. Cochran was more than willing to help me achieve my goals. I was surprised to learn half-round gutters could be done seamlessly. The PM assigned to my project provided exceptional service. The whole process was very simple and easy to understand. At all points of the process I felt well taken care of. Cochran focuses on effective communication which is hard to find as a homeowner seeking services. The material used on the project exceeded my expectations and the install crew was very knowledgeable, friendly, left our home in great condition, and provided a finished product that we are extremely happy with. I would highly recommend Cochran for any of your exterior home needs."

"Since I am interested in replacing my current HVAC system with a TRANE system, I met with a Mr Quik representative.  He signed me up for a free electrical inspection (a promotion they had going at the Home Show).  The gentleman who came to perform the electrical inspection did a great job explaining a few problem areas.  I now regret not having Mr. Quik perform the electrical work when I finished my basement.
When I scheduled my HVAC PM with Mr. Quick in April 2012, I decided to sign up for their maintenance agreement which is $9 per month since I agreed to auto pay on a credit card.  This agreement is GREAT! It includes an annual cooling maintenance visit, annual heating maintenance visit, an electrical safety visit, and a plumbing inspection.  Not to mention that is also offers pricing discounts if any repairs do need to be made.
So far I have had a couple of electrical inspections, a couple of HVAC tune-ups, and a plumbing inspection and they have all gone very well.  On my last HVAC tune-up, the technician showed me how some of the capacitors are out of tolerance.  So I appreciated the fact that he took the time to show potential problem areas in detail.  For all of Mr. Quik's visits, the technicians have all been very helpful in explaining the work they are performing and are extremely courteous and insightful when answering my questions.
So far, I haven't needed to use Mr. Quik for any large repair or replacement service but it's been nice building a strong relationship through theses periodic maintenance visits.  I wouldn't hesitate to have them perform any major service I would need to have done in regards to Heating/Cooling, Plumbing, and/or Electrical.
