"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"I have been very frustrated trying to find a part needed to repair my Micro/ Convection oven. "I work at a resort in Vilas County, we had 24 through the wall air conditioners replaced with mini split heat pumps. They were very responsive, punctual and had a great price.
