Additionally, we did a hand-woven wool carpet on the stairs, and they re-tiled my fireplace. The selection process was educational with zero pressure. Josh and Albert were my installers for the hardwood and tile. They were thorough in everything they did, and worked with me on the nuances of certain areas. They were punctual, communicative, and respectful. Any construction process in your home is going to be stressful, but they made it easy, and they were a pleasure to have around. Arturo installed my carpet, which only took a few hours. He did a great job. These people care about what they're doing and are masters of their craft. I've already referred them to several people and will use them again."

"Juan was great and very knowledgeable. We contacted Juan for an estimate to repair parts of a recently installed whole house vinyl floor (planks). Juan responded immediately our contact via Angie's List. Juan was at our home within 24 hours as promised. Juan reviewed our needs and inspected the floor. He provided 2 estimates which were VERY competitive and included material. Unfortunately we were unable to hire Juan because of some money constraints on our end. "Byron showed up on the agreed date / time to begin the work. He first helped me move the large furniture out of the room, and then he removed the existing carpeting and pad. After that, he prepared the concrete for the new flooring. Once the concrete was ready he installed the vapor barrier and then the insulation layer... and then the floor. Byron planned the layout so the wood patterns were optimal. To save me money, he was careful not to damage the existing molding. Lastly he installed the 1/4 round shoe base to cover any space between the existing molding and the floor. The final step was the install of the T-molding at the doorways. Byron's effort to provide an excellent outcome was very much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the outcome. He's a professional that takes pride in his work."

"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice.
