"Eric was fantastic. He carefully analyzed the problem (multiple birds nesting within unsealed areas of my roof). He removed the birds, sealed and repaired my roof, trimmed a nearby tree which was serving as a launch pad for the birds, and purchased and installed owl decoys. Since this was a rental property and I live in another state, Eric consistently provided projects updates. This was a very difficult problem that another local pest control business refused to take on. Eric provided consistent innovative solutions and the costs were entirely reasonable and appropriate. I received great value. Thank you so much, Eric"

"Pat and his team were very responsive and completed my roof in one day when the rest of the neighborhood took two days. The workers cleaned everything up before leaving and the gutter guys replaced my gutters to my satisfaction. (they even came back and extended a gutter that I wanted) My roof past inspection with out and issues. PRQ were very considerate of my neighbors, even asking them if there was any garbage or complaints they may have. I would use PRQ again if I needed any work done on my house/roof."

"After a little glitch, my husband called Dabella and Dustin reached out to us, he went above and beyond to help us get a new roof. He was professional and kind helped us get the best financing and got our roof installed before the snow started flying. We had a new roof and gutters installed. Everything looks awesome. Thank you Dustin"

"I am so impressed with the professionalism, quality of work and outcome of my recent deck project. It was the first time I've hired contractors and I think they've set the bar pretty high. Sam and his team did an amazing job. Easy communication from start to finish, reasonable pricing, and an amazing end result. I redid my deck with Trex and new metal handrails and it looks better than I could have expected. Sam's team was friendly and finished the job on time. I'm not sure I'd go with anyone else for build work on the western slope again, West Elk Builders did a phenomenal job."
