"I would like to say Thank You to Mike (from DMR Handyman Services LLC). My neighbor referred Mike to me because he had done some work for her & she had nothing but good things to say about his work. I texted Mike a few months later & requested a quote. Mike came over & took a look at the work that I wanted to have him to give me a quote/estimate on. He walked into my house & walked past 2 big boxes that were sitting in my front hallway. I told him that there were 2 vanities inside. He told me that they specialized in bathroom & kitchen remodeling. He also told me that I should go on their website & see the various projects that they have worked on. A few days later, Mike emailed a quote to me for the amount he would charge for each repair or installation. I replied, That is "Very" reasonable! "Don and his partner showed up at the agreed upon time and started work right away.  They assisted with moving furniture and covering nail holes.  The work was originally scheduled for two days but completed the two coats in one day.  Don returned the following day to inspect the work and see how it turned out.  I wasn't happy with the two coats that were applied and he left and returned with more paint and applied a third coat by himself.  He was committed to customer satisfaction and would not accept the additional money that we offered for the extra work. I am very satisfied with the work performed and would call him again. <br />"

"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results.  It was a big job and at times seemed very invasive but this could not be helped.  They had a lot of workers in my house every day for 7 straight days. The only thing I would fault them on is quality of prepping surfaces, minor details, etc.  I was disappointed to have to have them redo a ceiling and some wall areas and come back to fix a closet door.  I would have hoped they could have done a thorough walk-through after they were done looking for details without me pointing them out.  That being said, they were quick to return and fix any problems I pointed out. <br />"

"I purchased "The big Deal" from Angie's list which was $150 for four hours of Handyman service. I spoke with Doug to set up a schedule and he was very pleasant and accomadating to my schedule. His business partner Jeff arrived on time ready to work! I had Jeff perform drywall repair, storm door hanging (which he had to customize the door frame in order to make it work), re-grout of a shower, deck repair, etc... Jeff did such a good job that I had him come back to perform more work. Jeff was very detailed, precise, and efficient. I will be calling Jeff in the future when I need handyman work done."
