"They arrived promptly each day and left my yard cleaner than it started. There were a couple of minor glitches due to missed communication between the different crews but they were promptly corrected when pointed out. As with the painting company I hired after Angie's List, Precision exceeded my expectations! When unforeseen damage was found they were flexible and willing to work with me regarding the extra payment. I hope never to need another roof but I would not hesitate to call them! I have been recommending them to my family and friends in need of roofs or roof repair!"

"Todd was very good at first. He came out, gave a quote, brought out his crew and did the job when he said he would. Overall the job was done well and I gave them an A rating. However they did break an overhead window which bordered the deck. Todd said to call him and let him know when I got it repaired and offered a $500 holdback on the quote. I did not hold that against them in my previous review since accidents happen. However when I got the window replaced on July 7, Todd said they would come out the next day to finish the job. I have had no response to my emails or phone messages since. Yesterday (Aug. 20) I went out and bought materials and finished it myself. The window repair cost me $1800."

"Our church board receive three bids, with Stormmasters coming in with the most competitive quote. Stormmasters did an amazing job for us! Their crew was professional, polite, and did quality work. With all of the damage done from previous roof leaks, they jumped in and did the much needed repairs even doing more than we anticipated. They were on the jobsite when they told us they would be and finished the project early. When project was complete everything was left clean and tidy. We were very satisfied with their service, and will definitely be giving them a call for any other roofing or siding needs we may have."

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"During the major flood event that happened in the Royal Oak area in August 2014, we called dozens of restoration companies, however very few even called us back (because everyone was swamped with calls). Zion was different. I called and spoke to a professional and courteous person over the phone, and the next day a professional showed up at my house and clearly explained their services and my options. The cost of their services was on par with other restoration companies (not cheap). They came out a couple of days later and tore out the water-soaked drywall and doors, etc, and cleaned and sanitized everything. They did excellent work and were efficient, professional and friendly.
