"A leak appeared in the main floor living room ceiling directly below an upstairs full bathroom. I'd called 2 other local plumbers out to the house and they diagnosed the problem as an improper seal on the toilet. However, they were wrong and after both plumbers left the leak reappeared. I called Prime Plumbing and within seconds he was able to assure me that it was not a toilet leak because of the size of the drain pipe and was able to find the true cause of the leak which happened to be a bad seal in the vent pipe allowing condensation to flow down and leak onto my ceiling. They were very professional, well-priced, courteous and they got the job done."

"We could not be happier. Absolute Pluming  gave us an estimate, had us pick out ceiling tile. Told us they would bring in licensed contractors where needed. Absolute Pllumbing showed up when they told us they would, removed the drywall. They cleaned up after each major operation. Absolute Plumbing brough in an elctrican who consulted with us and installed the lighting. In the process of this remodeling, the plumber found improper heating instutlion by our builder. in the near future we are having Absolute Plumbing return to make the proper corrections in the heating system."
