"Hired for patio enclosure so deck experience may be different. They made some basic construction mistakes that I had to point out. For example no gasket between frame and bluestone base, no water proofing of window sills, left upper edge of windows unsecured to frame, etc. They did address all of the issues when it was pointed out to them but unless you are knowledgeable and vigilant these minor mistakes could result in very costly repairs down the road. The work took 3 months with a lot of unnecessary delays. For example windows and door left sitting on my patio for a week before installing it. Then they came for half a day and left the door another week. Knowing they were a small business I paid for the windows/door and material upfront, about 50%, which was probably a mistake on my part. In the end the enclosure did end up being very well done and after a few months there have been no issues. I would not recommend Murray unless you are willing to micromanage your project."

"I had a deck rebuild/expansion and a new patio installed. The work Amaya did was immaculately done. Nick and his teams were extremely nice, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and clean!! Anything, I mean anything that I asked of them was completed to perfection, and honestly I’m not very easy to please when it comes to this work since I do most renovations and home improvements myself. "I was satisfied in the beginning with the work but the flooring that was put down is coming up. Called several times over 3 months with pictures for repair to no avail. Drywall is substandard with many bumps. Unfinished areas. New window put in but framing not done. Asked several times over two month period they never came back. Had the 3 rooms gutted but the installation not done correctly. Cold air is coming in through the cabinets and walls. I purchased Fabuwood cabinets, which the installers would have put in. Joe the salesman stated they had put dozens in using this product, but the installer said it was his first one. Not honest. They were supposed to do a walk-through for all the repairs and unfinished work. They never showed up. Would not recommend this contractor and told my family who needed work to not hire them. Very disappointed and charged for work without my approval. "

"The work done was phenomenal and we couldn't have asked for a better front deck. We had an old rotted, wood front deck that was falling apart and way out of code. They came by, assessed the area with proper measurements, demolished and redid a whole new Trek and vinyl railings front deck. They worked well with my wife and I's desires and we couldn't be happier. Due to Covid, materials took much longer than expected, but once it was all said and done it was worth the wait. Jarci kept in great communication with us and made sure when the materials would come in and what would be done in the project. Definitely would hire again."
