It’s difficult to imagine someone tearing out over twenty sash windows, two large picture windows, a kitchen window, and a French door without ruining the siding, destroying the interior trim, and generally making a mess of things. Not a lick of wood, hardware, or any material remained on site when they finished. The crew applied their many years of experience to the project, setting the new windows, insulating, and then silicone caulking. They did a good job repairing cracks and sealing exposed gravel areas but less than a year later the coating has mostly worn off and some repair areas have damage. The job looked good at first but hasn’t held up. I wouldn’t like you would need to do something like this every 2 or 3 years."
