"Our new deck looks terrific! We had an old, elevated wooden deck that was likely over 20 years old. We solicited multiple quotes from various deck builders, but Building Character won our business because of their product offering, extensive planning and design service, their competitive pricing, and their personal touch. We had a fairly large deck that spanned the entire house and we wanted a new elevated deck of similar dimensions, using composite decking, metal railing, and a new frame. We are thrilled with the results! They just completed the work this week and the deck looks amazing. "Cincinnati Concrete Solutions poured a 17 x 24 patio with a 10 x 11 extension and 2 stoops for us. The patio has a 12 inch stamped and stained border and the concrete was colored. The patio turned out great! Scott's crew was very professional, on time, and cleaned up the street before leaving. Scott and Brandon were very responsive throughout the process. We had one small issue that they will be taking care of after the holidays. We also had them remove a 16 x 30 deck, 12 x 12 patio, and stoop for us prior to starting on the patio. I would use them again and recommend to anyone."

"Eagle Creek has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.  Davey was very responsive when called about our job and came out within a couple days to discuss the project.  He followed up in a timely manner with a fair and reasonable bid that we accepted and kept in constant communication to advise us of his timetable during the entire project.  We were able to get our project completed within a few weeks of the initial bid.  The guys from Eagle Creek were extremely polite, punctual, hard working and respected our property while doing the job.  Any issues that came up during the project were clearly communicated and Davey and his team worked with us to make sure they were doing exactly what we wanted on the project.  They not only corrected a lot of our stone wall issues but it actually looks better now than it did when we moved into the residence years ago.
