"Within about a week of ordering it, a package arrived with outline paper. Essentially our job was to outline half the table and the two leafs (we were pleasantly surprised these could be added for a relatively modest amount - I think $12) In addition, they asked for the table company and any serial or model number. About two or three weeks later, right as promised, the package arrived. Our measurements were accurate as the pads fit perfectly. The quality is great. Now the pads are on the table, which looks great, and will be covered by a table cloth with we have formal dinners."

That time of year, we couldn't get it done before the holiday when we were hoping to so we just kind of put it off and never came back to it. It was very good. They ran us through a wide range of products from a really low price point up to a mid range price point that we were looking at. They ran us through a couple of options going from a really basic vinyl flooring all the way up through carpeting and to hardwood laminate. He's very good. We met with him to talk about things like different materials that we could use for the floor.
