"Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. "I fought and fought with my Insurance Company for over a year with no results. I needed a new roof due to hail damage. I found Mr. Brown's company and called. I immediately received a phone call asking how he can help. I told him my situation with the roof and the Insurance he made an appointment with me within 24 hours and he was out to our house and up on the roof (himself) marking it and taking photos. He said there was major hail damage. He sat at my kitchen table while I called my Insurance Company. Once I received a claim adjuster Mr. Brown took over. I never again had to speak to the Insurance Company. I no longer had that stress of fighting for what was rightfully due me. This was not done in one phone call it took several and Mr. Brown was with me every step of the way. He did not stop! He finally got a settlement for me (which I was not able to due for a year) and we made a schedule to have the roof done. He scheduled a date - the date came the crew was there and Mr. Brown was on-site. He started his crew and then would come back and check in. His crew were professional and respectful and did a fantastic job. I had a roof repaired by another company on my first house many years ago and until the day I sold that house I was still picking up roof material out of the shrubs. NOT with this crew. I never found any material anywhere. The roof was installed and done in the time Mr. Brown said it would be and there was nothing for us to clean up. I can not recommend Mr. Brown and P & G Property Solutions enough. If it weren't for Mr. Brown I would have had to pay for my roof or....I may still be fighting to get it replaced. I highly recommend his company. Mr. Brown is a total professional and if he says he is going to do something it is done. There is no follow up on your part. It's done! I like that and you don't find that too much anymore. NOT related to the roof but.....after the wonderful experience I had dealing with Mr. Brown I found out he also installs carpet. You guessed it. He was hired. Again, the quality of work was unbelievable. The crew was professional did a wonderful job and no clean up! Mr. Brown was on site during that job as well. So Yes I give his Company and A+ and I have already proven I will use him whenever the need arises. You won't be sorry hiring him."

"Shane and his crew evaluated our roof and determined that fairly extensive repairs were needed due to a poor job done by previous contractor : ( While he was open to partial replacement we determined a full year-off was a better option for both structural and cosmetic reasons. Shane and crew arrived as scheduled or notified us of change in plans (weather-related) as appropriate. The whole job took just over 2 days and each evening debris was removed and site left in good condition- minimal unavoidable damage to landscaping, very few nails found afterwards-' unlike previous contractors. When we had a problem Shane was very responsive and took care of the issue within a reasonable time. Great guy, good crew, nice job. Will hire again."

The saga to get our roof replaced has been a long one filled with headaches with insurance companies and more than a few sleezy "roofers".  However, we found Thomas and Master Craft Restorations and were blown away by his professionalism, the quality of his crew, and the speed of the work they did.  To keep this short - I highly suggest hiring Master Craft, we're going to hire them for more work around the house as well.

The background on our roof is we tried for a couple of years to get the roof replaced by the insurance company.  Since I had previously had a portion of the roof replaced (due to prior owner's shoddy renovation work..) they wouldn't cover the cost of the roof, even though there was enough damage that they should have done so.    However that took about two years to finally go through all the motions.  At that point I was tired of dealing with roofing companies promises that fell through and just hoped the roof would survive the winter.

As soon as the weather warmed up I started asking around for quotes and Thomas and Mastercraft had the best hustle that I saw.  Within a day of talking about the roof he was out taking measures and quickly came back to me with a quote,  I was still waiting for 2 other companies to contact me back and he was already done.  I immediately liked his professionalism and his understanding and since I had estimates done for a couple of years now (ranging from 6,500 (someone who had terrible reviews..)  to 18,000+! ) I knew his price wasn't the cheapest but was more than fair for a good contractor.   We quickly signed the contract, and as we had terrible rain the rest of the week, just kept hoping that an old roof wouldn't become a broken roof before his crew came.

Within a week (and after a week of really terrible rain) at the first sign of decent weather his crew showed up.  They were there about a half hour earlier than we expected and I'm not sure they ever take any breaks.  They worked from morning until it was night and came back the next day for another round.   I'm sure they took breaks, but for the life of me I couldn't say when they did.

They were really fast, kept the yard clean as they worked, and thoroughly swept the ground with a big magnet.   They had only a few shingles left over that we kept for future roof work and a small amount of felt.   There were a few spots where they had to do a bit more work than expected but they didn't make a fuss about it and just completed it as swiftly as they did everything else.

Thomas stopped by frequently to make sure we were happy and to check on the progress of the roof.  Genesis, who I think was the crew chief, was excellent at the end during the roof walk around.   She made sure that we checked on the Direct TV antenna and after we discovered it wasn't picking up the signal told us that if DirectTV gave us problems she would be happy to come back out and try to fix it herself.

The only real "problem" we had is that Thomas was so fast the HELOC hasn't finished processing yet!  As soon as the bank finishes taking their time we'll be hiring Thomas and Master Craft for more jobs on the house.

When I look for people to work with, I look to build long relationships, and Thomas and Master Craft are now first place on my list and someone I've recommended to a couple of friends already.   If you've made your way through this entire review,  I highly recommend Thomas and Master Craft,  I'm glad to have the roof saga complete and the house looks better than ever.
