"All interactions with Susan were great and installation was done quickly by 2 installers with little mess. Susan sent her carpet installer a day or two after the initial vinyl installation to complete the transition in doorways between the new flooring and existing carpeting in the bedrooms. I only wish the installers had left a some extra vinyl planks. I like to have extra materials (leftover paint, extra tile or carpet etc..) in case of accidents and needed replacement. I didn't think to ask for it until they left and meant to contact Susan, but time just got away from me. I recently contacted via email Shaw and they said to contact the retailer which is Susan I guess."
