"JME construction did a great job making repairs and replacing fascia boards and siding. The team showed up on time and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing was just right and not outrageous. Juan and team were professional and I plan to call them again for new projects."

"gutters eves and repair rotted area around gutters"

"Honestly, Erik and team gave me the BEST service I've ever had on ANY type of home repair job. So my question to you is, do you want excellent responsiveness, customer service, a fair price, and expert work done? If so, A-1 is who you should pick. Of they tell you it might be longer to get to your job than a competitor, do yourself and favor and wait on A-1. For me, I originally had another gutter company recommended to me by a coworker. Their initial estimate was a good price so I went with them. It was TERRIBLE. Then I turned to Angie's list and found A-1. They came and fixed the issues the 1st time. I can't say enough good things about them. You may have to wait because they are busy, but A-1 is well worth the wait. And their price was as good as the "cheap" option while being infinitely better quality. I only wish I knew about them the 1st time. I've waited about a month to see if any issues popped up, but none have. So....A-1 will 100% get my future business."

"Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas.  The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. In fact he said our foundation was better than most.

"He found the leak in the valley between two sections of the roof that nobody else had been able to find Replaced sub flooring above the bathroom vent fan Quality work!"

"Very easy to work with and knew / shared extensive knowledge during bid, at the job, and after finished (i.e. need to wait at least 30 days before washing newly painted bathroom).  Quality work, repaired and went beyond in fixing any mistakes (painted extra wall when some paint from the ceiling got on an unpainted wall). Cleaned up well and left us all the extra paint. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that at times when he set up a phone or visit appointment, it was delayed due to being so busy on other jobs. However, he never left me hanging too long and always called the same day to report any delay's. Due to not being in any rush for this job, it was not a big deal to me.

"Pittner Services installed 17 windows in our house. These were complete replacements, frame and all. We had some rot around a window, and we didn't know how extensive the damage might be. We chose Pittner because they seemed to have the expertise to deal with any wall and siding repairs that might be needed. Fortunately, the rot was only in the window frame and not in the wall studs. The team worked very hard in hot weather and finished in one day. They were all very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"Greg and his crew did an excellent job on our roof replacement! The quality of his work and communications on the job prior to, during, and after the job gave us a very high level of comfort and confidence. He was able to get the replacement of a very large roof done in two days. He was personally at our place throughout the job to answer questions. We had some related siding issues that he also completed to limit future leaks. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to have a roof repair or replacement."

"Willie and his crew did an outstanding job on repairing and replacing our deck. The attention to detail was great. His quote was well within reason for the amount of work done. We will keep his number for any future needs we may need. I highly recommend Casa Grande for deck work."
