He got it done the same day and had it ready when it was picked up! I offered to leave the shades with him but he said no because he didn’t want to accidentally break them. Very nice man. He answers the phone immediately and gives clear and precise directions. I would definitely hire him again!!"

"During a heat wave in August with temps in the 90s, our air conditioner went out. We had a technician come out on Monday morning who recommended replacement of our unit. I purchased the Enhanced Service Plan for $250 which would provide two annual maintenance services. I was told that the office would call us back with an estimate. Near the end of the day, we called and asked for an estimate and were told we would receive one in the morning. We waited until after noon on Tuesday to make a decision on which company to go with after receiving 2 other estimates. Given the heat wave and having not received an estimate from Mark IV at that time, we decided to go with a company. I emailed asking if I could receive a refund on the Enhanced Service Plan due to the untimely estimate and the company we ended up going with requiring us to use their service for the first year for warranty purposes. I never received a reply or a refund."
