"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "It went awefull. When they showed up I asked if they would remove all the ducts to clean each one. They said it was to hard to remove them and they didn't. I asked well how are you going to make sure each one is clean, and he said they would be cleaned from the air intake location, all the way to the wall grate. After they left a friend removed the grates from the ducts to expose the ducts and they were absolutly not cleaned at all, they are filthy, full of visible and touchable dirt. I have a respiratory issue and this is the reason why I hired a professional to clean ducts. The worker offered to use the chemical. I asked if it had an oder and he said it smelled like bleach and I declined that service. It would have been stupid to spray that inside filthy ducts and claim they are clean. Furthermore I was told on the phone that an industrial vaccume would be used off the vehicle. When workers came they said they would not use that, and instead used a shop vaccume which was inadequate, since I can see the ducks are not cleaned at all. Additionally I was overcharged for the ( lack of) service grossly. I now have the information of a duck cleaner in my condos neighborhood who does the job for $200, including ALL vents. I was charged 300 and They didn't even clean my dryer duct, which should have been part of the duck cleaning job. I want a full refund. Additionally, the one worker smelled like beer and left his drill here which I still have. I do not want to deal with this substandard company again if at all possible."

JC was very experienced in the entire vent system and did an outstanding job in thoroughly cleaning out my whole dryer and hose hookup and vent.
