"We were not pleased with the quality of the cleaning. Although our carpet is not brand new, we expected most stains to be removed and were told that they would be. Unfortunately, we could not tell that any of the stains were removed or even lighter in appearance after the cleaning. Also, the carpet stayed wet much longer than expected which was an inconvenience, but not a huge problem."
