"Kn remodeling and supplies did an excellent job, which consisted of remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, dining/bar area, and upgrading the garage ceiling.

This townhouse project included stripping wallpaper (5+ rooms), painting throughout including staircase walls/ceilings and all the doors and closets, baseboards, toilets, bathrooms shower doors + associated plumbing hardware, bathrooms tiling, and cement-board floor replacement of linoleum in the kitchen + bathrooms.

During this process, the crew took great care not to damage pre-existing items in the house, including the hardwood floors and others. They were very attentive, courteous and professional, and importantly responded to our needs for some scheduling accommodations.

Debris removal/collection was conducted daily, allowing us a welcome degree of relatively unobstructed normalcy during and (especially) after work-days, as the multi-week project progressed. Dust-protection of floors, staged items and furniture was well-implemented, with residual particles (floaters) needing post-remodeling attention.

I want to thank Nathan and KN Remodeling

"Their skilled craftsmen transformed our dated living room into a beautiful open-concept space. They removed the load-bearing wall safely, installing a massive support beam flawlessly."

"This is the third job Gino has done at our house. First was fireplace, flooring, and painting (see my review from August 2019). Next was the entire kitchen (see my review from August 2020), and now the master bathroom. We’ve been working with Gino for years now, and eventually he will have redone my entire house. What more can I say? Repeat customer several times says it all!"

"We hired House R Us for a complete indoor and outdoor renovation, needless to say we were very satisfied with their service."

"Construction Masters made my bathroom & laundry room renovation spiffy in less time than they anticipated, and it turned out beautifully. What a pleasure to deal with a contractor whose interest aligns with mine! Moshe & his team rock!"

"From my experience, Pine Tree Design & construction is a very trustworthy company. Aaron came and provided a very reasonable quotation for my bathroom renovation. He and his crew showed up on time and did a high-quality job. The project went smoothly and was finished on time. I am beyond pleased with the results of my new bathroom I would recommend using Pine Tree Design & construction to our friends and family!"

"I recently finished a full remodel of my condo. As a first time homeowner, I was very scared and nervous about doing a renovation. After meeting with a few contractors and being overwhelmed by the prices, I met with Eli who was realistic and who understood my situation. He never tried to sell me on more than I was asking for and always tried to make sure that I kept to my budget and not spend more than I needed to. Being that this was my first home, he wanted me to have a good experience and be happy with the result which I definitely did. I would definitely work with KN Remodeling again for any future projects."

"I needed a remodel job for my kitchen and living room, knowing it was something I couldn’t do and that the living room is a place where visitors must pass by, every visitor gravitates to the living room I decided to involve a professional. I contacted the Golan from H and A design. They did the work perfectly well. They started by providing a punch list for the both. In my kitchen, they used an engineered store that mimics marble and granite as well as sparkling granite floors. The painting was so cool and welcoming. They installed big cupboard that has many partitions and also a center table. The also installed new light fixture and a dishwasher that is better than the normal, the painting were all on white. Golan from H and A design gave my living room a welcoming look, the painting corresponded to the curtains and chairs. The walls were washed before the painting. The wood work was top coated when dried. At the end, my living room was so beautifully decorated. The center table and center rug were so awesome and it drew the attention of my visitors. I highly recommend them."

"I could not recommend Ben Oded and his team more. I've now worked with Ben on multiple projects, including a new bathroom, renovations of existing bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, and most recently, an ADU, and on every occasion, Ben and his team have delivered. Ben is honest, reliable, and direct. When he says he is going to do something, I never have to worry about it getting done. He'll also be very honest with you about what's possible and at what price. There are also numerous examples of Ben going above and beyond. One such example was around my wedding. The week before the wedding, we lost all hot water...We had multiple plumbers over, but no one could find the solve. Two days before the wedding, we were scrambling. I called Ben, and within an hour, we had a plumber over, who fixed the issue and at a fraction of the cost. I could not recommend Ben more. Call him for your home or investment property renovation needs..you won't regret it!"

"I'm a true believer that people crosses your path for a reason. Ramy and his wonderful team provided the best experience with working with a construction team anyone can ask for. Like others who can relate, I had an awful experience with a past remodeling project that traumatized me for life. It was hard for me to trust just anyone! Ramy took that all away. He was confident, easy to talk to, provided reassurance, and professionalism in every way. He would say, I'm with you until the end! I never thought I would have the kitchen of my dreams and he brought it to life plus more. He was with me every step of the way even on unexpected hiccups that comes with renovation. Not to mention he answered my call or text anytime of the day to provide me updates or answer my questions. His goal was to make sure I was happy with the outcome! Now, I have to pinch myself every day to see if it's really true. I look at my beautiful kitchen and can not stop smiling! Not only did it bring joy to me but my entire family! Thank you! Thank You! Thank You Ramy! I'm grateful for you and your entire team! You are all the sweetest! If you are looking for someone you can trust please don't hesitate, you're in safe hands with R Design!
