There was a mix-up with payment that the owner took care of before I even noticed there was an issue. The work didn't happen on the day I'd originally been told but was done a couple days later. "I am still using them, because I am locked into a contract but I don't feel that it is very secure. The deal was good, but the product itself is not great. The sensors fall off the doors and windows and you have to keep putting them back up. As soon as I am out of this contract, I'm getting rid of it. For instance, when the alarm goes off, central station never even calls. I don't even think it's connected to anything. I think I'm wasting my money every month. I would set it off on purpose just to check and nothing happens. I mean the alarm makes noise, but the police don't call, dispatch doesn't call, nothing calls. It's very strange. They're very nice when you call them. Their customer service is nice. They're nice, the equipment was delivered, but the price is high, I have no idea if the service is working, and I feel like they lock you into a two year contract but the equipment keeps breaking. If you want new equipment you actually have to buy the new equipment, whether or not it's them or you. It doesn't feel secure. I am actually going to re-activate the old alarm system that I have built in, just in case. I am going to be paying double because I'm afraid the house isn't protected."

"The Alta Gama ladies were at my house for 8 hours and did an excellent job! They were able to thoroughly clean my large glass shower doors which is difficult due to years of buildup from our well water. They also cleaned every surface that I asked them to clean. My house looks great! I definitely would hire them again."

"The gentleman that did the proposal was professional and took the time to review the options available to us making sure we understood the process going forward and what exactly they would do for us.
The work was performed over two Fridays (our choice). 
The installers for the furnance showed up exactly when they said they would and went to work.  The were very thorough, clean, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. 
The following week we had the ducts cleaned and again they did an outstanding job.  Arrived on time, very clean, polite and generally a pleasure to work with.
