"Scott and crew were very professional & friendly. They showed up to work a planned half day to find the bad pipe. After not locating the pipe in the location we had hoped, Scott & crew waited while my husband and helper removed cabinets so they could continue the job on past the agreed upon time, working well in to the evening to find, diagnose and replace the bad pipe. Scott offered us SEVERAL options to fix our issue (which wasn't an entirely easy fix), allowing us to decide which route we wanted to take. Every step of the way, Scott asked BEFORE doing any work. Scott provided a price range before the job began, so we had a general idea of the scope of work. At the end of the day, the work came back on the high end of the estimate, to be expected with the scope of the job and the hours he and his crew spent at our house. Scott also offered to write a Plumbers Report for our insurance in hopes some of the work could be covered, even after an initial denial. I'm not sure if he has done this yet, but it was nice of him to offer to help us recoup some of the money based on the extensive work he and his crew had to to do get our drain working again. Homeowners insurance does not cover broken or deteriorated pipes under your concrete slab if there is no visible damage ABOVE the floor. Unfortunately, the damage left behind after digging and replacing plumbing is extremely expensive, so beware if you're on a slab and have plumbing issues due to age & deterioration. We appreciate Scott's friendly professionalism, quick response to calls & ALWAYS asking before moving on to the next step, walking us through the entire process. Would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for plumbing needs. We hope to have Scott back to tackle our bathroom remodel at a later date. The job was done with the highest degree of professionalism and the cost was reasonable. I was so pleased that I scheduled a second appointment on 11/23/2015 for power4 rodding and to install bathroom faucet.

The men were pleasant and very professional - in addition they took off their shoes at the door and cleaned up when done. Unfortunately on the job for the bathroom faucet the old pipe to sewer was corroded and they had to go out and get additional parts which they did and the price to correct my issue was reasonable.

This is the best plumbing service I have used in the last 20 years so going forward if I have plumbing work done it will ONLY be done by AAA Walsh and sons.

They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. "Great! They were unable to get all the way to the street from the catch basin. It was suggested I add a sewer clean out assure all the roots were gone and make it easier for future cleaning. This was suggested in the past, by another company , but the cost was out of sight. This company was very fair in price for both the cleaning (which included the inspection with the camera) and for the clean out installation."

"I had two experiences with this plumbing company. The first was in May and the second was in early July. I will say that in both experiences the office staff could not have been more polite and responsive. On that, this company gets an 'A' from me. The plumbers and the work are not as great. I live in an old courtyard building so the plumbing is older, which isn't ideal. When the 1st plumber came out in May, he used compressed air to clear the pipes and my drum trap. Previously when plumbers have come they have used a rooter to clear the pipes from the drum trap. I mentioned this to the plumber and he said that wasn't necessary as well as it would cost me extra to break open the drum trap (it's just a cover that can be opened with a screwdriver so I don't know why it would need to be broken open or I would be charged for this). I didn't know if that sounded right, but they are the experts so I deferred to him. Once the work was done, the drain did work well for about a month and a half, but over the 4th of July weekend the drum trap got backed up. I called the same company and they sent two plumbers out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to look at it. Again, the scheduling of my appointments was ideal and the office staff couldn't have been nicer. Two plumbers came to my unit and informed me that my drum trap would need to be replaced with a p trap and this would be an extensive job that would take hours and cost just under $1,000. Additionally the pipe they needed to access is located in the ceiling of another condo owner's storage unit so they'd need access to the storage unit and the plastered ceiling would be removed which meant I'd have to pay someone else to re-plaster. He said the 30 day warranty on the work done in May had expired and that work was just a temporary fix anyway (why didn't the guy in May tell me the drum trap needed to be replaced?). I asked how I was supposed to shower as that is my only shower and I had a dinner party to attend and the plumber actually suggested I take "a ***** bath." He used those exact words and it was quite offensive. I said I needed to think about the options and that I'd get back to them. They left and after the weekend I had a different company come out and they rooted the pipe and said the drum trap was in fine condition and did not need to be replaced. The other company also gave me a 6 month warranty on the work."
