"I will start by saying that all the people involved in my repair went above and beyond. I know companies have many people that work for them and it is consistently difficult to keep people who represent your standard level of service. Good service is hard to find these days, but I felt that I was rewarded with a great team of individuals. I had a significant amount of roots that had gotten into my sewer pipe about 40 ft from my home. A trench about 14 ft long and about 10-12 ft deep was dug to make the repair. They were here when they said they would be and the job was completed in the timeframe that I was told and was within the estimate that I had been quoted.
