"Ronnie was very nice. I'm not sure if he worked on Miele dryers before, but he asked me for the model number and did his research before he came. He found the problem, which was a simple belt. We had to wait for the part to come in, but when it did, he came the next day to complete the repair. It was a bit pricey, but the work was done well and efficiently! I would call him again for appliance repair and recommend him!"
