"A very bust time as it had been raining off/on for days on end. Mr. Hamby returned a message within a couple hours and arranged a time to come by. He called beforehand, showed up right on time - then assessed the repair and gave me a quote. Ran to Home Depot for a shingle to match, then finished the job along with an extra squirt here and there of sealant on spots that looked like they needed it. Overall very conscientious, great communication and a job well done. Would recommend."
