"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"I have a tankless water heater that was giving an error code and i had no hot water! The tech that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. Im glad to report i now have hot water again. As a side note I talked with the tech about water treatment options and a RO system and as long as my husband agrees I will be having them install both items!!"

"We had a need for quick service to replace a 26 year old water heater. Isaac stepped up and installed a new, high-rated water heater the same day at a competitive price (based on what I had paid recently to install the same water heater at a different location). His service and attention to detail was much appreciated."

"I have my regular plumber but wanted a second quote so I went on the Angie app. They recommended several plumbers to install an automatic water main valve shut off unit that I needed for my homeowners. AXP contacted me on a Sunday and had a technician out by 9:00 on Monday. Felipe was wonderful and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. His boss, Albert came with parts and they did the work. Came across some excessive root problems but fixed the issue that made the job harder and longer but they got the job done!! Very professional and kept me abreast every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Excellent response to a serious cold water situation. We’re new to SoCal, but had a very old hot water tank. Nick responded the same day I sent out an SOS, gave me a fair price to replace, relocate, and bring my tank up to standards. A consummate professional in all phases of his work. I would hire him again, with no regrets."

"Nathan & Jesus are very polite and courteous. They know the correct way for installing a tankless water heater. Clean job. No mess left behind. Excellent work."

"Service Flow Plumbing did an excellent job flushing my tankless water heater at a very reasonable cost. Rose provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, and Andrew—the technician who performed the flushing—was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and sure to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their team!"

"Mr. Joe was not only professional, but personable as well. He identified my issue with my hot water heater, and fixed it expertly. Dr. Rooter treated me with respect and was overall a tremendous value. I saved the number, as Dr. Rooter is now my first choice for my plumbing needs. 10/10"
