"The crew did an outstanding job installing the fence around our one acre lot during bad weather. Not only does it look great but it looks better than we thought it would and our neighbors agree too. The young crew was always on time, very professional, and always plesant and courteous. I was almost sorry to see them go."

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"We feel so fortunate that Paramount Fencing and Chris was available in our time of need. They were simply amazing. We have two dogs so it was a major bummer not letting them out in the yard. Chris gave us the best estimate, but the real reason was his positive vibe, and a technique he provided that the other two companies we talked to never even offered. He said that installing our 90 foot fence and gate (which had blown down during our monster winds) would be done IN JUST ONE DAY, which I thought was unrealistic. However, I have never seen a crew work as hard & precise as these men . . . but YES, our fence was done in one day & it's gorgeous. Because of the way these men built our fence, it will withstand those 70 mile-an-hour winds we get in Rancho Cucamonga. We will definitely be using them again if the other two fence sides blow down.
