"It took almost 3 weeks after I paid and I called them to get them out here. They gave me the wrong time window and I stayed home all day waiting for them. Finally showed up at 6PM. Tried to sell me a new door. Charged $275 for extra repairs"

"The service technician worked efficiently, diagnosed and repaired the problem with my garage door."

"Steven did a wonderful job repairing our garage."

"I received a text from home advisor to contact Mr Pulido. I did. He had me send pictures of garage door opener and door. He then called me back and walked me thru fixing it myself. Adjustment process took less than 5 minutes and my door was working fine afterwards. He said this would last about 6 months to a year before having to replace opener. I thought I was going to end up paying alot of money to get it fixed. I truly appreciate that he took the time to help me, his honesty and his integrity. I will definitely call him when it's time to replace the garage door opener. Thank you so much Mr. Pulido and God bless you!!"

"Everything from the estimate to the installation of the garage door went smoothly. Junior Cardona was the installation technician and the projected arrival time was set for between 8 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Junior arrived by 8:45 a.m., completed the removal of the old wooden door and installed the new track and metal door and was done in less than 5 hours doing the whole job by himself which was very impressive!"

"Right Way Garage Doors did a fantastic job replacing the torsion spring on our garage door. We had worked with this company about 12 years (when they were called Chandler). They did a great job then and a great job again. Their technician (Aidan) arrived on time, knew what he was doing and did a great job. These folks really know what they are doing, they inspire confidence and trust and have very reasonable pricing. If we ever need help again, these guys will be the first ones we call. These guys stand behind their work because they get it done right the first time."

"My experience with this company was great! my garage door didn't open and i called them and had to text them few pictures of the garage door. The person that i spoke to over the phone, saw the problem and she was able to give me estimate for the repair. She also was able to schedule me a meeting with the technician so he can come and fix it.
The technician came on time and he already had the parts to replace. The work that he did took less than 2 hours and the garage door was back to work.

"Had a critical issue with my garage door. James W came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, offered advice on the options to fix it, and did a quick, efficient job fixing a poorly installed (by an unknown previous company) garage door. Now it opens quietly and I rest assured knowing the hardware is better designed to deal with the load of the door. Great service and quick. Would recommend!"

"Good, they came fast. Garage door was accessed and found problem quickly. Repair was also fast."

"Great service! Ben, the technician, arrived during the promised window, was friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. He advised regarding options for service (lube & tune of existing system) vs motor replacement. Ben also advised that if I elected service vs replacement at this time and subsequently (within one year) replaced the motor, the cost for the lube & tune service would be credited toward the purchase price of a new motor. I'm very satisfied with the entire customer experience. Ben was excellent and I would highly recommend Local Garage Door Company."
