They also discovered an issue with our sump pump - something completely unrelated to what they had come for, but ultimately saved us from a more significant damage. "I initially contacted Cindy on 11/12/2012. I had to leave a message and she called me back in a day or 2. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. I advised no, but I would like it done by Christmas. She said Chris would need to stop by and see exactly what I wanted and she would check with him and then let us know when he could come by. Christmas came and went and we did not hear back from them. We went on vacation in January and when we returned we called them again the first of February. Chris and his helper did stop by in the next few days and we determined what type of sink and faucet I wanted. Chris said it should be in stock and he would have Cindy call me about setting up a time for the next week. I didn't hear from them that week and when I called the next week Cindy said they had to order the sink and it would be in in 3 weeks which would be 3/11/13. It finally came in later than estimated and Conrad came to install on 3/23/2013. He pulled my old sink and faucets and was putting plumbing together on new sink when he discovered the sink was defective. They said they would have to reorder and would contact me when they received it. Long story long, the new sink was finally delivered and installed on 4/10/2013. We do realize that the defective sink was not their fault but the whole experience was very frustating. In the end, we were pleased with the product and the installation. Conrad did a very nice job installing and cleaning up.
Overall, customer service and communication were not the best.
