"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"Nick rang my doorbell and offered a free roof inspection noting that there had been hail damage on other homes in the area. He took detailed photos, reviewed them with me and offered to work with my insurance company to get a roof replacement approved. Everything Nick said and did was truthful and helpful. The roofing crew did a great job and took care to prevent damage or leave any trash or debris. I would highly recommend Roof It Forward to anyone. The only cost to me was my insurance deductible. "It went extremely well. The installers were very professional. They made sure everything was done correctly. If a problem was found, they made it right! Our house is older and they made sure it was fixed appropriately. Dave, the owner communicated at each step and kept us informed and updated. Two of the employees were especially professional and skilled, Chad and John. We did this big remodel because we both just retired. We could not be more pleased as we plan on staying here. "All-American Restoration is hands-down the best company I have ever used for roofing. Brad is an amazing person and treats his customers with respect. We used him a few years ago to roof our house when we were selling it and found out in the inspection it had hail damage. The timing for the work was critical because were also moving to a new house and needed it done fast. His crew was out literally the next day and had it done the same day. We also used him to repair our existing roof due to some wind damage. He worked me in the schedule and fixed it before rain was expected. If it would have rained before the repair, it would have been catastrophic. His prices are very competitive. He is a good person and will treat you right! I HIGHLY recommend him."

"The existing roof on the house and garage was torn off, new sheet decking installed on top of old board decking of the house, new flashing, drip edge, shingles installed on house and garage. Installed new ridge vent on house. Some of the siding that needed to be removed to install flashing was damaged as can happen but was replaced with new. It was a difficult roof with multiple dormer windows and odd angles but they did a careful job and I've received many compliments on the appearance from neighbors. Good job with clean up too. The owner is easy to reach and quick to reply to all questions I had. From day I asked for quote until day completely finished was under 5 weeks. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to others. Competitively priced compared to two other bids."

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great!
