The experience was great all the way through. Great communication upfront with Brenda in the office, then Tom stopped by to go over everything, even giving us a lot of ideas for colors/coordination. We ended up going with a 3-color scheme, and our house has never looked better! David & Jose did a fantastic job from prepping all the wood, doing wood rot repairs where needed and even rebuilding/replacing a faux flowerbox on the gable over our garage. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so whenever anyone asks about the great new look our house has (and quite a few already have!) He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes.
