"We had a problem with sewer gas refluxing back through our kitchen, garage, and bathroom drains. Nathan took a look at the drains and could tell me immediately why the problem was happening, that the drains we had allowed the water trap to siphon out. He installed a modern drain system that should prevent that problem, and we haven't had any gas since. He also figured out that our garage drain basically had no water trap. He opened up the concrete, put in an appropriate drain, and repaired the concrete.
He also identified another problem with the drain pipe coming from our kitchen. Basically everything was wrong - the pipe was too small in diameter, it sagged as it came out of the kitchen causing water buildup, and it wasn't connected properly to the main drain. He replaced that entire section. This was a couple months ago now, and we have had no problems since. Everything works beautifully.
Lastly, while all these other repairs were going on, a pipe froze in our garage. He assessed the pipe and determined that it hadn't frozen. Then he wrapped it with heat tape and insulation, without any delay, which should prevent any further problems.
Nathan was always punctual, entirely professional, clearly knows how plumbing should work and why bad plumbing doesn't, and charged a great price. We won't be using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

"The Liberty Air crew showed on time and began removing the old system and fabricating new duct work to fit the new system. They worked non stop for about 6.5 hours and had finished the preliminary installation of the new system. The following morning they returned and completed the outside work installing the new compressor unit and related plumbing/wiring.
