"Someone came out to measure my window and they said they would get back with me. I was told that my window would be a special order so it would take about 2 days to come in. I told them that is fine, to go ahead and order it. I was very confused when I got a TEXT the very next morning saying they would be at my house that day. I told them I would not be home, so they rescheduled for the next week. I thought it odd that the window came in that fast, but I figured maybe they realized they had one in stock. <br /> The next week when they come to install the window, the installers take one look at the window and say and quot;this is a special order windowand quot;. To which I say, and quot;yes, I know, they said they were ordering a window, do you have it?and quot; Somewhere the communication got mixed up and the window was never ordered. At that point, I was so frustrated I told them to leave and that I would find someone else to fix the window. <br /> Also, the person who answers the phone, Crystal, seems annoyed whenever you call. She uses text to communicate and I find that unprofessional. <br />"

"If you are looking for workers that can do everything from carpenter work, painting to plumbing and everything in-be-tween, you should hire Two Men and a Saw. The owner Bob and his son who have 2 other young men working with them. The are very efficient and waste no time. Each has certain duties and they work like clockwork. They arrive early and work all day. This group is very skilled in so many areas. They do wonderful work, cleaup and get everything done. We have been very pleased with their work and we are very glad to write this review for them."

"We just completed installing a motorized retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] and are super pleased with the quality of the build, appearance and customer support.? This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there. We do all remodeling & new construction. Will work Saturday but not Sunday in order to attend Church with my family. Will provide 24 hour emergency services on Sundays.
