"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found Maksim Roofing."

"This was a small job in Warsaw Kentucky, which I am sure was a drive to get to our house. Check completed the work himself. Not only did he replace the shingles that were blown off, he also sealed the surrounding shingles. Great work, great communication and timely."

"Absolute perfection. Removed two layers of shingles, replaced some decking, installed new shingles, and cleaned up spotlessly in 3 1/2 hours. I highly recommend American Home Tech to everyone!!"

"The crew arrived within the time block given. They worked swiftly and efficiently to replace all our windows, and were able to do it all in one day. Given they were 80 year old Steel casement windows with original glass and no standard sizing or installation, that was No Small Feat. KUDOS TO JOHN and his crew for that and are worth EVERY PENNY. We also had glass block installed in our basement windows--that was a fantastic installation job as well. We are extremely happy with our windows--they brighten and lighten the rooms and do an excellent job of insulating. The folks at American Weathertechs were polite and professional and enjoyable to deal with."

"The had a good crew, came in, removed the bad/leaking shingle are, repaired the roof and installed new shingles, they made it look easy they were so prepared and efficient."

"$29,000 We had our shingle roof completely replaced with a metal on August 14, 2026. We had seen and signed with the salesman, Ethan, on July 22 and was promised our roof would be installed by July 31. The completed results were very satisfactory, thanks to the roof workers but the process from beginning to end was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The fact that the salesman did not even see that we had 3 layers of shingles and could not put the metal roof on without removing the shingles first, the lack of communication, calls and texts Not answered, 3 appointments made and no one showed up, not even a phone call to cancel. The promise of 2 days compensation for the days off my husband had to take to be present and they hadn't called to cancel; the extra material we had paid for was taken instead of left behind as my husband had asked. It felt like a constant fight to get updates and someone on the phone. It just felt the process we were promised, were salesman lies."

"The work was done exactly as expected. Tom Schmidt, the representative, was personable and trustworthy. I will recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors if they want roofing advice."

"Fast, friendly and conscientious. Siding looks excellent. However We felt we should have been refunded for all the extra materials we paid for ordered specifically for our home. Friendly workers. Gave a 3.5 on work due to poor install of metal roof garage overhang."

"Had to replace an ancient Jenn-Air drop-in range with downdraft (installed in 1979) with a new LG duel fuel gas stove/electric oven range slide in. Knew it would take some work. Randy and Dan were great during the installation. Tim was very responsive."
