"We are 100% satisfied and happy with the work of Prince Roofing on our home. They scraped, cleaned, and painted our box gutters and also repaired other issues on the roof. We have lived in our 100+ year-old home for 46 years and have had much experience with contractors in general and roofers in particular. Prince Roofing is right up there with the best contractors we have had. We knew that the box gutters of our home were overdue to be painted, and we had also observed a leak in one corner of the gutters. As part of estimating the job, a complete inspection of the roof was done; and we were provided with photos of each problem or potential problem areas. This included not only the gutters but flashing around chimney, loose roof tiles, and raised seems on ridging. This was very helpful for us to see and understand the additional work needed besides the painting of the gutters. We also had Prince include the cleaning of our standing-seem metal roofs we have over parts of our house. We discussed in detail the work to be done. Mr. Prince was very clear as to exactly what was needed and the work to be completed. This included an itemized estimated of the labor and supplies. Besides the great work, Prince and workers are also very friendly, neat (no mess around the house afterwards), and detailed oriented. I am happy we had Prince Roofing do the job!"

"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

"Wind got ahold of siding at top of house under the roof. It couldn’t be nail back down , it needed to be replaced and I had another piece of siding that needed to be replaced, but the siding was to old to match but David the owner did a great job in finding the closest match. We needed a couple sheets of plywood replaced , then the shingles put down. My husband very picky about things like this, and he was very happy with the work. We would highly recommend."
